\u68d5\u6988\u679c\u5b9e\u4e2d\u7684\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u901a\u8fc7\u6062\u590d\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u6291\u5236\u4fc3\u708e\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u6765\u5bf9\u6297\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316 (Pulmonary Fibrosis, PF) \u7684\u91cd\u8981\u80ba\u90e8\u4fdd\u62a4\u5242\u3002 \u7ec4\u7ec7\u75c5\u7406\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u590d\u5408\u7269\u6cbb\u7597\u53ef\u663e\u7740\u6539\u5584BLM\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u80ba\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u5982\u6700\u8fd1\u4e1c\u5357\u5927\u5b66\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5728 Nutrients \u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u62a5\u544a\u3002 \u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316(PF) \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u7ec6\u83cc\u6216\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u6162\u6027\u3001\u8fdb\u884c\u6027\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u7ec8\u672b\u671f\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u80ba\u708e(COVID-19\/<em>\u65b0\u51a0<\/em><em>)<\/em>\u540e\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u62a5\u5bfc\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316(PF)\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u5411\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684 Sprague-Dawley (SD) \u5927\u9f20\u8865\u5145\u751f\u7406\u76d0\u6c34\u3001\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u590d\u5408\u7269\uff08\u6bcf\u5929 50\u3001200mg\/kg \u4f53\u91cd\uff09\u3001\u68d5\u6988\u6df7\u5408\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u590d\u5408\u7269\u6216\u540c\u65f6\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\uff08200mg\/kg \u6bcf\u5929\u4f53\u91cd\uff09\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\uff08\u6bcf\u5929 10mg\/kg \u4f53\u91cd\uff09\uff0c\u6301\u7eed 28 \u5929\u3002 \u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u8282 TGF-\u03b2\/Smad\u3001PI3K\/Akt\/mTOR \u548c NF-\u03baB \u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u5bf9\u535a\u6765\u9709\u7d20 (BLM) \u8bf1\u5bfc\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p><p>\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u68d5\u6988\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u6cbb\u7597\u5747\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u53ef\u663e\u7740\u6062\u590d BLM \u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u6297\u708e\u548c\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cbb\u7597\u4f3c\u4e4e\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0a\u8c03\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u72b6\u6001\u3001\u4e0b\u8c03 MMP-7 \u548c\u708e\u6027\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u8868\u8fbe\uff08IL-1\u03b2\u3001IL-6\u3001MPO\u3001TGF-\u03b21 \u548c TNF-\u03b1\uff09\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u5e94\u6fc0\uff08MDA \uff09\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u5916\u57fa\u8d28\uff08HYP \u548c MMP-7\uff09\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u80f6\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u79ef\u7d2f\u3002<\/p><p>\u7ec4\u7ec7\u75c5\u7406\u5b66\u7684\u53d1\u73b0\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u8865\u5145\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u590d\u5408\u7269\u53ef\u663e\u7740\u51cf\u8f7b BLM \u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684\u5927\u9f20\u80ba\u635f\u4f24\u6216\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u6765\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u8bc1\u660e\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u590d\u5408\u7269\u5bf9\u5927\u9f20 BLM \u8bf1\u5bfc\u7684 \u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316PF \u5177\u6709\u9884\u9632\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u590d\u5408\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u51cf\u8f7b\u6216\u51cf\u5f31 \u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316PF \u533b\u751f\u8865\u5145\u3002<\/p><p>\u201c<em>\u8fd9\u4e00\u53d1\u73b0\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u679c\u5b9e\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u548c\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u53d1\u6325\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u6297\u708e\u7279\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\u3002
