Although tocotrienols are naturally present in our diet, this study revealed that relying solely on diet is insufficient. They found that consumption of tocotrienols is extremely low in Poland.<\/p><p>A similar finding was observed in a study conducted in Japan by researchers at Tohuku University<sup>2<\/sup>.
