PhytoGaia and Perfect (China) Form Partnership to use TocoGaia® in Cosmetic Products
Dec 15th, 2025 – New York, USA – PhytoGaia, a leading supplier of palm phytonutrients, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Perfect (China) Co., Ltd., authorizing Perfect to register TocoGaia®, PhytoGaia’s flagship full spectrum palm tocotrienol complex, for use in Perfect’s cosmetic products in China. The signing took place during a high-profile delegation visit to Jinan University in Guangzhou and was witnessed by Datuk Chan Foong Hin, Deputy Minister of Plantation and Commodities Malaysia; Mr. Gu Runjin, President of Perfect (China) Co., Ltd and Professor Zhang Hong, Vice President of Jinan University.
This strategic partnership represents a major milestone for PhytoGaia, reinforcing its position as a leader in palm phytonutrients especially tocotrienols and enabling the first commercial application of TocoGaia® in China.
